Ichigo might be acting like a leader. Also, it seems Aqua was the one who set up the meeting between Ichigo and Miyako. From the next available spoilers, Ruby believes Aqua did this for her benefit and finds his actions endearing because he is thoughtful and playful.

Miyako and Ichigo talk about Ruby’s schedule, and he offers some helpful suggestions. Ichigo warns Miyako to watch Aqua closely since she could snap at any time.

A brief recap of the previous chapter

Chapter 4 of Oshi no Ko -interlude- features Aqua Hoshino’s observation that Ruby’s hair has become noticeably more smooth. Ruby was ecstatic and excitedly explained her entire hair care process. Aqua, however, found this bothersome and asked Ruby to confine her within the house. After receiving the news, Ruby retreated to her room to sob and launch an attack on Aqua.

Aqua recalled that Sarina had lamented the loss of her long hair to chemotherapy. He was terribly sorry for treating Ruby so callously. In an effort to make apologies to Ruby, Aqua used a hairdryer to dry her hair afterward.
