Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu Chapter 127 starts with Yamada arriving at the bar (concert-type place) and meeting with Ichikawa’s sister. There she was introduced to her band and her group members. Meanwhile, at the same time, Yamada started to think about Ichikawa, who is currently studying and daydreaming.

Ichikawa has rewritten the song for her sister and he wanted to listen to it with Yamada there. Next, we see, Ichikawa’s sister and her band starting to sing the song on the stage. Yamada realized after listening that it was written for which made her blush and happy.
All the memories of her and Ichikawa rushed back at her and she quickly left the place trying to find Ichikawa. In the last panel of the chapter of Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu, we see Ichikawa sitting on the stairs (probably the concert place area). Yamada quickly arrived there and give a kiss to him immediately.
