In Tengoku Daimakyou Chapter 57, we learn that Takahara’s Academy’s main goal appears to be to construct a utopia after society was destroyed by a lady. She continues, pointing to the computer and robots next to her, that there was an extremely powerful computer at Takhara Academy called Meena.
