A brief recap of the previous chapter
The previous chapter of Wind Breaker starts with Kaneshiro reminiscing the past memories of his brother and Jay’s uncle. She even admits that it was not his uncle’s fault that Kazuma died. Kaneshiro wished their soul rest in peace.
In the next part, we see in the next morning, Jay talking with the old man. He talks about how he has learned everything from Kaneshiro last night. Jay made up his mind that he was going to win the street league that his uncle and Kazuma (Kaneshiro’s brother) had founded.
Fixing the frame
The same old man started to have flashbacks of when the last time he met with Jay’s uncle who came crying in front of him. The old man finally decided to fix the cycle frame of Jay. At the same time, Jay gets permission to visit Kazuma’s photo frame where he prays and gets his blessing.
At the end of the Wind Breaker chapter, we see Jay’s uncle’s friend talking with someone. On the map, there were photos of the light cavalry crew, Jay’s crew, Kaneshiro’s crew, and many more. It seems like the fixers and gangsters are going to make a move in the race.
