A brief recap of the previous chapter
In the previous chapter of Tower Of God, Dumas, and Ha Jin-sung continue to battle it out. Dumas’ spears are really putting a strain on Jin-Sung. To rapidly put an end to the combat, Jin-Sung chose to use his ultimate move.
He employed his Superhuman Capability, the Supreme Butterfly Floral Piercing Method. Jin-Sung was successful in defeating Dumas despite incurring injuries in the process. However, there was an oddity. It didn’t feel like he was taking a life when he killed Dumas.
Armored
Dumas’s body began reassembling itself, much to everyone’s shock. Dumas is an armored combatant. This is not his genuine body. Baam, upon learning that his master was in danger, used Shinwonryu to bypass the defenses and get to his side.
The impending outnumbering prompted Dumas’ orders to deploy Carrier Rosario. All of the people up there took damage from the area attack except Baam, who was spared because he was an irregular. Baam, however, had physical access to the book for a while.
Who will be the winner?
Baam held the book for a brief moment in the previous chapter. We witnessed Baam receiving new information, although we are unsure of the nature of that data. Dumas’s abilities as a fighter were on full display.
