Gadar 2 Record breaking performance in the 2nd week at Box Office

After a significant hiatus, Gadar 2 featured the reunion of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel. Sunny Deol was last seen in Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se in 2018, whereas Ameesha Patel was last seen in Bhaiaji Superhittt in 2018. After the release of the Gadar 2, both the actors and everyone involved got shocked seeing the results. The Gadar 2 record breaking performance is so immense that the Bollywood just can’t believe it. Additionally, the movie’s release just before a highly auspicious day led to an overwhelming response from the people.

With a total revenue of over 500 crores, Gadar 2 has become Sunny Deol’s highest grossing movie of all time. In India itself, the movie has successfully crossed the mark of 495 crores in the span of 2 weeks. Gadar 2 has already broken records of other movies like Bahubali 2 in the 2nd week. Gadar 2 record breaking performance has witnessed overseas collection of over 45 crores in 2 weeks time.

Gadar 2 success trail has left behind many big Bollywood movies in terms of records at the box offices. Movies like Bahubali 2, Dangal, KGF 2, OMG 2, and Pathan are now behind Gadar 2 in 2nd week collections. Because Gadar 2 was released just before 15 August, which is India’s Independence Day, it gave a huge boost to the film.

With the tears in his eyes, Sunny thanked the people of India, who showed great love to the movie. With Gadar 2 record breaking performance, Sunny Deol aka Tara Singh seemed happy and said ‘they will go even further’.
